At Kloset, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All tags and packaging must be intact.

The item must not show any signs of damage, washing, or alteration.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Underwear and lingerie

Swimwear

Items marked “Final Sale”

Accessories such as earrings
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with:

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The refund will be made through the original payment method or via an agreed alternative.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a wrong or defective item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
